Austin M. Koltonowski

Associate

Austin Koltonowski is an associate at McShane & Bowie, PLC. His practice encompasses a broad range of transactional matters with a focus on business, corporate and real estate law.  

Austin received dual undergraduate degrees from Michigan State University and is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he served as the Articles Editor for the Pittsburgh Tax Review and a Senior Editor for JURIST, a legal news and commentary site. While in law school, Austin conducted independent research with Professor Gerald Dickinson where he helped establish a Community Land Trust in Pittsburgh’s Hill District neighborhood. 

Prior to joining the firm, Austin worked as an International Tax Consultant in Deloitte Tax LLP’s International Tax Services Group, where he advised clients on corporate tax planning and restructuring opportunities, in addition to assisting clients in navigating complex compliance requirements.
