After graduating from the University of Michigan and Wayne State University Law School, Challa began working with McShane and Bowie P.L.C. The magazine will be distributed to 20,000 corporate counsel and 5,000 CEO’s of private and publicly held companies across the country.
Law and Politics conducts a three phase selection process. Attorneys enter the candidate pool through a formal nomination, named by the research department or by informal nominations. The research department evaluates each candidate based on 12 indicators, including peer recognition, personal achievement, experience, honors and more. A panel of high scoring candidates from phase one and two evaluate attorneys from their practice area with a review and rating on a ten point scale. Attorneys with the highest scores in their categories are selected to be included in the upcoming edition of Super Lawyers.
