Representative Experience:
Represented seller of automotive business in litigation to recover from buyer who defaulted on purchase agreements. After targeted discovery to disprove buyer’s fraudulent inducement defense, won summary judgment for seller in excess of $1.5M, which included full amount owed by buyer and all attorneys’ fees incurred by seller.
 
Defended real estate developer sued by general contractor for breach of contract and to foreclose construction lien in amount exceeding $.5M. Focused factual and legal analysis, as well as vigorous defense in litigation, forced early settlement resulting in full discharge of lien and developer paying nothing to contractor.
 
Represented lender in judicial foreclosure of $8M mortgage covering three properties, forcing payoff on two and conveyance of sheriff's deed on third.
 
Regularly successfully defend national financial institutions against lender liability claims.
