Terry was a litigation specialist in a West Michigan private practice for 16 years. His practice covers a wide range of litigation matters arising in state and federal court, as well as administrative and arbitration tribunals.  He is also a member of the American Arbitration Association Commercial Panel and is a State Court certified Facilitative Mediator.
